Thank you for considerating us for your Spa
Party. Below are policies we have made that
works to help protect all of us.
We require Visa or MasterCard number to hold
your date for the Spa Party. We will put a
preauthorization for the amount of the Spa
Party. We require 2 weeks notice for cancellation.
If you cancel within the 2 weeks before Spa
Party date we will charge your credit card
30 % of services. Balance will be charged
on credit card on the day of Spa Party after
services or you can pay by debit or cash instead.
Each person at the spa party can pay individually
by

•Mastercard
•SPA FINDER and SPA WISH GIFT CARDS
and GIFT CERTIFICATES
•Money value GIFT CERTICATES from
Common Scents Body Care
Please note we will try to accommodate all
bookings, however due to high booking volumes,
please try to book as soon as you have a confirmed
date. . There is no travel fee for
the first 1/2 hour travelling time.. Then
$25.00 an hour per Professional. Fee depends
on if we have professionals in that area.

•If any young children will be present
during the treatment, please ensure they are
supervised at all times for their safety.
•Please ensure all spa guests are on
time for their treatment to avoid delays in
other guest's treatments.
•Please keep in mind when booking a
spa party or spa service, any changes to be
made to the services must be made two weeks
prior to the party date.
•Cash gratuities are greatly appreciated
and are optional and can be given directly
to the one giving you the treatment. |
•Please notify us when making bookings
whether you have any cats, dogs or animals
of any kind. |

•Our Professionals have the right to
refuse treatments if the guest is intoxicated,
exhibit any kind of misconduct or have skin
conditions not previously disclosed. Guest
will still be charged in full even if the
service could not be performed.
